As Transport Coordinator you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks.
  • Adjust plans to handle additional requests efficiently.
  • Monitor staff performance and maintain standards.
  • Ensure all activities follow safety and company policies.
  • Schedule vehicle servicing and inspections.
  • Manage absences and handle breakdowns.
  • Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare regular reports for management.
  • Manage customer expectations effectively and professionally


The successful applicant for the role of Transport Coordinator will meet the following requirements:

  • Proficient in transport planning software and tracking systems.
