The Role
As a Transport Planner, you'll be responsible for organising daily transport activity, ensuring deliveries are planned efficiently, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain a high level of service.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet are key.

- Plan and schedule daily international transport movements
- Ensure efficient routing and maximum vehicle utilisation
- Liaise with carriers, drivers, and internal teams
- Manage and check transport documentation and compliance
- Monitor shipments and quickly resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Support ongoing improvements across planning and operations
About You
- Experience in transport planning, logistics, or freight operations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
