The Role
You will work on a 1-1 basis with SEN students, delivering personalised sessions that meet each learner's individual needs. You will create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where students can thrive both academically and emotionally.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Proven background in 1-1 tutoring or teaching
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and needs
- Knowledge of ASD, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, or other additional needs is highly desirable
- A genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential
