They are seeking a skilled Tyre Fitter to join their state-of-the-art Salisbury facility. Duties of a Tyre Fitter:
  • Diagnose and repair alloy wheels, including refurnishing and diamond cut finishes
  • Prepare wheels for painting and execute high-quality spray finishes
  • Remove, repair, balance, and refit tyres accurately and efficiently as a Tyre Fitter
  • Operate specialist wheel refurbishment machinery with precision
  • Manage customer enquiries, prepare quotes and provide excellent customer care
  • Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are handled safely, meticulously maintained, and kept clean
  • Adhere to health, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times
Requirements of a Tyre Fitter:
  • Proven experience in vehicle tyre fitting and alloy wheel refurbishment or light vehicle SMART repair work
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
  • Commitment to health and safety standards
