- Performing wheel balancing and puncture repairs
- Conducting wheel alignment checks and adjustments as required
- Inspecting tyres and advising customers on tyre condition, suitable replacements, and maintenance needs
- Ensuring all work complies with company quality and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
- Assisting with general workshop duties when necessary to support team operations
- Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or Fast Fit Technician
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of tyre fitting, balancing, and repair processes
- Experience with wheel alignment equipment is advantageous
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
