What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment

• Supporting students to remain engaged and motivated during lessons

• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Encouraging academic progress and confidence in learning

• Gaining experience across a variety of subjects and year groups

• Experience working with young people through coaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or education settings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident individuals with a professional and positive approach

• Adaptable and resilient candidates who can respond to different classroom situations
