Valet Supervisor - Audi Doncaster 


Salary: Competitive plus bonus 


Location:  Doncaster  


The Valet Bay Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the vehicle valeting function at Doncaster Audi. The role ensures that all service wash vehicles, sales handover valets, and stock vehicle washes are completed to the highest standards of presentation and quality. Work closely with both the Aftersales and Sales departments, as well as managing the relationship with the third-party valeting provider, to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction. 


As a valet supervisor your day-to-day will include: 


  • Ensure all service wash vehicles are completedin a timely mannerandin accordance withdealership requirements.
  • Monitor andmaintainthe quality of all service washes, ensuring vehicles are presented to Audi standards.
  • Carry out regular quality inspections and provide feedback where improvements arerequired.
  • Prioritise workloads to support workshop and customer collection schedules.
  • Ensure all handover valets are completed on time and to an exceptional standard.
  • Conduct final quality checks on handover vehicles before customer collection.
  • Support sales operations by coordinating the preparation and presentation of new and approved used vehicles



What we’re looking for in a valet supervisor:


  • Previousexperience within a vehicle valeting, preparation, or automotive environment desired. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high presentation standards.
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Full UK driving licence.
