Duties of a Vehicle Damage Assessor:
  • Conduct vehicle estimates and VDA work in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Work closely with the owner and team members to ensure smooth workflow
  • Upsell additional services and insurance products where appropriate
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and customer service
  • Adapt to varying project or repair requirements efficiently
  • Ensure accurate documentation and communication throughout the repair process
Requirements of a Vehicle Damage Assessor:
  • Previous experience as an Estimator or VDA within the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and estimating systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum of a few years relevant experience in a similar role
  • A proactive approach to delivering high-quality customer service
