£32,000 – £50,000 Basic | £10,000 – £12,000 Bonus

Permanent / Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm), 1 in 4 Saturdays

We’re currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established main dealership in New Southgate.

This opportunity is open to technicians at all levels — from Service Technician through to Master Technician — offering excellent earning potential, a strong bonus structure and clear career progression.

The Role

Working within a professional workshop environment, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of servicing, maintenance and diagnostic tasks.

• Servicing and maintenance of vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
• Carrying out repairs efficiently and accurately
• Completing job cards and maintaining high levels of workmanship
• Supporting team productivity and workshop efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade
• Open to all levels: Service, Diagnostic or Master Technician
• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) 
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills (especially for senior levels)
• A team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Full UK Driving Licence

• £32,000 – £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience/level)
• £10,000 – £12,000 bonus
• Monday to Friday only – no weekends
