Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm (1 in 2 rota, potentially 1 in 3 for the right person)

Experienced Technician Wanted – Independent Garage Environment

We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and respected independent garage in Southend-on-Sea.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys working on a variety of vehicles including prestige brands, commercial vehicles and diagnostics-heavy work within a professional, close-knit workshop environment.

The Role

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard
• Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
• Working on a variety of vehicles including prestige.
• Completing mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, clutches and engine work
• Supporting workshop efficiency and maintaining high workmanship standards
• Working closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Strong background working on brands such as prestige, premium or commercial vehicles
• Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding ability
• Confident working independently and within a team
• Level 3 qualification preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
