AKA Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established automotive business based in Oldham, currently looking to expand their workshop teams with experienced and competent Vehicle Technicians.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 qualified Technician who wants to join a productive, bonus-driven environment with strong earning potential and ongoing training support.

Salary Benefits:

  • £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience and level)

  • Individual & team bonus package (capped at £700 per month based on productivity)

  • Yearly training bonus (£1,000+ paid in January)

  • Overtime paid at time and a half

  • Stable Monday–Friday working pattern

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

  • Saturdays – 1 in 4 rota (8:30am–12:30pm) paid at time and a half

The Role:

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs

  • Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment

  • Working efficiently to productivity targets

  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualified (NVQ or City & Guilds)

  • Experienced and competent Technician (no Prep Technicians)

  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

  • Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
