Duties of a Technician:
  • As a technician perform general vehicle repairs and routine maintenance efficiently
  • Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Complete all work in adherence to manufacturer standards and company policies
  • Maintain detailed records of all completed work
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Stay current with technical advancements, manufacturer recalls, and updates
  • Assist with vehicle inspections and assessments as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technician or Master Technician within the automotive sector
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills, with a thorough understanding of vehicle systems
  • Full valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
  • Professional attitude and dedication to quality workmanship
