Our client, a reputable automotive dealership group based in Southampton, Hampshire, is actively seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their modern workshop.

Benefits:
  • Up to £37,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
  • OTE £55,000 including a competitive bonus structure
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Performing servicing, repairs, and vehicle maintenance to high standards
  • Conducting diagnostics and fault finding across a variety of makes and models
  • Completing work within allocated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
  • Accurately recording all work carried out in accordance with dealership procedures
  • Participating in manufacturer training to enhance technical skills
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Proven experience working on different makes and models
  • Strong diagnostic skills are desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence, preferably clean
  • Right to work in the UK
