Duties:
  • Servicing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Conducting diagnostics using advanced electronic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Performing warranty and repair work efficiently and accurately
  • Supporting and mentoring less experienced technicians and apprentices where applicable
  • Completing electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with company standards
  • Undertaking EV-related repairs and hydraulic work (if qualified)
  • Ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
  • Maintaining accurate digital job cards and documentation as a Vehicle Technician
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification of IMI/NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal endorsements
  • Strong team player with a "mentor mindset" to support colleagues and share knowledge
  • Ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a busy dealership environment
  • Motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Active MOT licence is beneficial but not essential
  • Previous experience working within franchise-approved dealerships is desirable
