Our client, a reputable main dealership in Torquay, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to work within a well-established dealership, delivering top-quality vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics. Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct routine vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics in line with manufacturer specifications
  • Accurately diagnose faults and provide effective, customer-focused solutions
  • Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and dealerships’ quality policies
  • Maintain detailed records of all work carried out
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and vehicle status
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
  • Support team members with technical troubleshooting and workshop duties as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy dealership or automotive workshop
  • Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Passionate about the automotive industry and committed to delivering excellent customer service
