Duties:
  • Conduct high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs in compliance with manufacturer standards and guidelines
  • Perform thorough inspections of vehicle components to identify wear, damage, or required replacements
  • Provide expert technical advice to customers, ensuring clear, professional communication
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards to foster trust and encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate closely with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless operations
  • Assist fellow Technicians by sharing knowledge and supporting complex repairs
  • Keep accurate service records and complete all work within set timeframes
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification as a Technician is essential
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive repairs
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
