- Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including diagnostics, warranty work, and repairs
- Completing digital write-ups, job cards, and electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with manufacturer standards
- Performing EV work (if qualified) and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently
- Utilising diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues
- Assisting and mentoring Apprentice Vehicle Technicians to develop their skills
- Supporting less experienced Technicians in diagnosing various faults, promoting workshop efficiency
- Maintaining high-quality standards in a busy dealership environment
- Ensuring all work is compliant with safety and manufacturer guidelines
- NVQ Level 3 or IMI qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Active MOT licence is desirable but not essential
- Proven experience working in a franchise dealership or similar environment
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
