Our client, one of the UK's leading independent automotive dealer groups operating since 1999, is looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician for their franchise-approved dealership in Oxford.

- Competitive basic salary ranging from £32,000 to £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

- Servicing and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing complex faults using advanced diagnostic tools and software
- Conducting electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in accordance with company protocols
- Carrying out repairs, including warranty and repair work, with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Supporting less experienced team members, including Apprentice Vehicle Technicians, where applicable
- Supporting electric vehicle maintenance and hydraulic repairs if qualified
- Maintaining accurate job documentation and digital write-ups
- Qualification to IMI/NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair at minimum
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Strong team ethic with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues
- Ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a busy dealership environment
- Motivated to meet team targets and deliver excellent customer service
- An active MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
- Experience with electronic diagnostics and vehicle health checks is preferred
