Our client, a reputable prestige main car dealership in Aylesbury, is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their state-of-the-art dealership. • Basic salary of up to £37,000 with uncapped bonuses, leading to an OTE of £44,000+
• 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a 1 in 3 rota

Duties:

• Conducting service checks, diagnostic testing, and vehicle repairs
• Performing vehicle road tests to ensure quality and safety standards
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of manufacturer procedures and guidelines
• Supporting colleagues with technical advice and assistance
• Upholding the professional image of the dealership through high standards of service
• Undertaking additional duties as requested by management, supporting a team-focused environment

Requirements for the Vehicle Technician Position:

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Confident and capable of performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks
• Ability to provide technical advice and support team members
• Full UK driving licence
• MOT licence and EV qualifications are advantageous but not essential
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship
