Duties:
  • Perform vehicle servicing and repairs, including diagnostics, warranty work, and routine maintenance such as oil, cambelt, and brake changes
  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with manufacturer standards
  • Complete accurate job cards and digital documentation to ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Support the team with additional vehicle repairs as required
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards across all tasks
  • Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service delivery
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician Role:
  • Recognised Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Prior experience as a Vehicle Technician or Fast Fit Technician
  • Proficiency in diagnostics, warranty work, and general vehicle servicing
  • Strong team player with a focus on quality and safety standards
  • MOT licence is desirable but not essential; full training can be provided for the right individual
  • Enthusiastic about learning and progressing within the automotive industry
