Duties:
  • Carry out vehicle inspections, servicing, and repairs efficiently and accurately
  • Diagnose vehicle issues precisely and provide appropriate repair solutions in line with dealership standards
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records
  • Assist with MOT testing if qualified, ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers regarding vehicle status and repairs
  • Contribute to a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Relevant formal qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership preferred
  • MOT Tester qualification is highly advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a team-focused approach
