Our client, a busy main dealership, is actively recruiting for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. This is an excellent chance to develop your career in a well-established environment that values technical expertise, dedication, and customer satisfaction.

Benefits:
  • Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with one Saturday in four (8:00 am – 2:00 pm)

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conducting comprehensive vehicle diagnostics, inspections, and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Performing routine servicing and MOT examinations
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency
  • Documenting all work undertaken and advising customers on necessary repairs
  • Supporting colleagues in the workshop to ensure smooth workflow
  • Adhering strictly to health and safety practices and workshop policies
  • Achieving targets for productivity and quality, with the potential to earn substantial bonuses
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with a strong understanding of automotive systems
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent, or motivated Level 2 technicians eager to develop further
  • Reliable, honest, and committed with a positive attitude towards work
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment
  • Full driving licence preferred but not always essential
  • Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures is advantageous
