Duties of the Vehicle Technician position include:
  • Diagnosing vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic tools and computer systems
  • Performing routine maintenance such as servicing, brake repairs, suspension, and engine work
  • Completing all repair work to the highest standards and within specified timeframes
  • Using computerised systems for fault diagnosis and repairs
  • Providing excellent customer service and fostering strong customer relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Candidate requirements for the role:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic abilities and mechanical skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • (Desirable) Valid MOT Tester qualification
