Our client, a reputable independent Service Centre in Bournemouth, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy and professional team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians to work in a supportive environment with competitive pay and development prospects.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break
  • 42.5 hours per week
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Opportunities to perform MOT testing (certification preferred but not essential)
  • Supportive and friendly team in a well-established independent Service Centre
Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Servicing and repairing a variety of vehicles to high standards
  • Diagnosing vehicle faults accurately and efficiently
  • Carrying out MOT tests (certification ideal but not essential)
  • Maintaining precise service and repair records as a Vehicle Technician
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a busy workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic skills with keen attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
