£38,800 - £48,800 Basic Salary + Bonus + £2,000 Sign-On Bonus (Mercedes qualification required for hire banding)

We're working with a premium automotive retailer who are expanding their workshop team in Beaconsfield and are looking for skilled Vehicle Technicians across multiple levels. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repair work on vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring first-time fixes and an exceptional customer experience built on trust, quality, and precision.

Salary Levels (Depending on Experience):

• Service & Maintenance Technician: £38,800
• Qualified Systems Technician: £41,800
• Qualified Diagnostic Technician: £43,800
• Senior Diagnostic Technician: £48,800
  Plus £1,000 sign-on bonus (month 1) + £1,000 (month 13)
  Now trialling weekend closures (no Saturday or Sunday working)

What We're Looking For

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Automotive
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools
• Experience with Mercedes-Benz (desirable but not essential)
