• Basic salary between £28,000 and £41,000 depending on experience and accreditation

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards whilst delivering exceptional levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults
• Carrying out servicing and maintenance work
• Completing vehicle health checks
• Performing routine and complex repairs
• Ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining high levels of workshop productivity and quality
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership

• Prep Technician - up to £35,000
• Service & Maintenance Technician - up to £36,200
• Service & Diagnostic Technician - up to £38,600
• Senior Technician - up to £41,000

• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership environment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
• Own tools
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
