Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Vehicle Technician to join a busy automotive/manufacturing environment in Leamington Spa. This is a long-term, ongoing contract with stable weekday hours and competitive pay.
Duties include:
- Mechanical fitting/assembly of vehicle components
- Routing, running and securing cables and looms
- Building, fitting and connecting wiring looms to spec
- Connecting lights, switches, sensors, control units and other electrical components
- Working from wiring diagrams, build sheets and technical instructions
- Basic fault finding, testing and visual inspections
- Maintaining quality, safety and build standards
- Previous experience in vehicle build/automotive manufacturing (mechanical + electrical)
- Strong vehicle wiring skills (cable routing, loom installation, high-quality finish)
- Able to read wiring diagrams and follow technical instructions
- Reliable, detail-focused, quality-first approach
- Right to work in the UK
- £18.00–£19.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday, day shifts only
