Warehouse Administration Planner

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administration Planner on behalf of our Client.

Duties will include:

Effective, accurate and timely management of administrative support tasks listed below (but not limited to):

  • Clearing receipts on the system and resolving discrepancies in set targets.
  • Receiving customer enquiries/orders and loading them accurately onto the system in set targets.
  • Despatching orders on the system in set targets.
  • Closing out job files by obtaining POD’s and any other required information and sending onto customers and archiving.
  • Running reports from the system as required by customers and management
  • Updating and reporting KPIs
  • Ensuring paperwork is archived accurately and in a timely manner & updating files, when necessary, on the common drive.
  • Undertaking system checks in set targets.
  • Attend training on new processes and procedures
  • Availability for Stocktaking as required
  • Reporting any issues, accidents or incidents in accordance with procedures
  • Housekeeping duties in the office/general tidying
  • Support Transport Planners and Managers
  • Any other reasonable request to support business requirements

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in office administration, operations or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software/tools.

Hours of work are 40 a week, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 16:30pm, plus any reasonable requirements associated with the position.
