Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator – Compliance, Stock Control & Distribution

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support the efficient flow of goods through the business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are received, processed, stored, and dispatched in line with strict quality and regulatory standards.

This position requires a high level of accuracy, ownership, and accountability, with a strong focus on compliance, stock integrity, and operational efficiency.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 17:00
• Friday: 07:30 – 12:30

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee goods in and goods out operations, ensuring all stock is checked, recorded, and processed accurately
• Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatch of products in line with company and customer requirements
• Ensure all items are correctly labelled and compliant, including re-labelling of imported goods in accordance with regulations
• Accurately book stock in and out of internal systems, maintaining real-time inventory accuracy
• Take responsibility for stock control and inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
• Complete and maintain all required documentation and paperwork to a high standard
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and operational efficiency
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment in line with health & safety standards

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or distribution environments
• Strong understanding of stock management systems and booking procedures
• Ability to work within and uphold regulatory and compliance standards
• Reliable, professional, and able to take ownership of responsibilities
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
