Service Service is recruiting for a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor on behalf of a growing technical business based in Wymondham. This is a hands-on role overseeing warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics coordination within a project-led environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement, storage, and delivery of equipment while supporting process improvements and leading a small warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff
• Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements
• Ensure goods are stored safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate stock records and oversee stock checks
• Manage loan equipment and supplier returns processes
• Coordinate deliveries using internal transport and third-party couriers
• Work closely with procurement and operations teams
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse systems and processes
• Report performance against KPIs to management

About You

• Previous experience within warehouse, logistics, or stock control supervision
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications
• Good understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
• Full UK driving licence
• SAP or Sage experience advantageous
• Experience with import/export documentation beneficial
