Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 – 16:30
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temp – Perm
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Redditch.
This role involves working within a busy warehouse environment, supporting dispatch operations and ensuring customer orders are picked and processed accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Using a computer-based warehouse management system
- Preparing goods for shipment and ensuring all documentation is completed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Assisting with stock control and general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Confidence using computer systems and data entry software.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with manual handling tasks
