We’re looking for an experienced and driven Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day operations and help deliver against key performance targets.
Key duties:
- Supporting operational performance and team delivery
- Managing warehouse workflows and inventory (inbound & outbound)
- Improving procedures and driving efficiency
- Supporting customer-focused operational improvements
- Ensuring compliance with operational standards
Key Skills
- Strong background in warehousing or operations
- Experience with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, delegate, and lead effectively
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- UK driving licence is essential
- FLT desirable (Training provided)
