Our client based in Hayes is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operations Support to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis, with strong potential for permanent employment. This role offers a varied mix of warehouse, operational, and customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unloading trailers and sorting parcels into delivery routes
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and operational readiness
- Supporting drivers and monitoring delivery activity through internal systems
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
- Reviewing delivery compliance and updating spreadsheets
- Assisting with daily operational flow to ensure efficiency
- Warehouse, administration, or customer service experience
- Team Leader or supervisory experience beneficial
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good IT and spreadsheet knowledge
- Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented
