Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for a full-time temporary Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team based in the NR10 area.

The Role:

You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders using picking lists, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times. The role involves handling a variety of products, including aquariums and related equipment such as pumps, filters, and aquarium substrates, as well as garden pumps and water display items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking products accurately from warehouse locations using picking lists
• Packing items securely and preparing them for distribution
• Handling a range of goods, some of which may be bulky or require careful handling
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Supporting with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

Working Hours:

• 0730-1615, Monday to Friday

Assignment Type:

• Temporary ongoing role with potential for extension
