Warehouse Operative

Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Checking goods for damage or discrepancies
• Stock replenishment and inventory control
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Operating warehouse equipment 

Shift & Flexibility:

• Flexible working hours including morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts
• Option to choose or swap shifts based on availability
• Weekend and overtime opportunities available

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic level of physical fitness (manual handling involved)
• Willingness to work flexible hours
