Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well‑organised warehouse operation. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone reliable, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, supporting both warehouse and production activities.

Typical duties will include:

• Handling and booking‑in incoming goods
• Checking deliveries for accuracy and damage
• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Kitting components for production and assembly teams
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stock counts
• Moving materials safely within the warehouse
• Ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
• Following health & safety and quality procedures
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required to meet business needs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or stores experience preferred, but not essential
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Basic IT skills an advantage
