Warehouse Operative – LLOP Driver

We are seeking experienced LLOP Drivers (Low-Level Order Pickers) for a major logistics client based in Foston, Derbyshire (DE65 5BY).
Full-time hours available with immediate starts and inductions, ongoing work, and opportunities for progression.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and hardworking candidates.
🚜 Role Overview
As a LLOP Driver, you will be responsible for efficient order picking and warehouse operations using Low-Level Order Pickers in a fast-paced distribution environment.
🕒 Shifts & Pay Rates
- Days (06:00–14:00): £12.71 per hour
- Afternoons (14:00–22:00): £15.33 per hour
- 3-shift rotation (Earlies/Afternoons/Nights): £14.71 per hour
- 2-shift rotation (Earlies/Afternoons): £13.79 per hour
- Overtime available
- Paid weekly

1 additional shift £75
2 additional shifts £150
3 additional shifts £225
4 additional shifts £300 (£300 is the max IE no additional bonus for more than 4 shifts etc)
The payment of this bonus will be paid in arrears in July 2026, following the successful completion of the criteria detailed below.
1. This Additional Peak Bonus Programme does extend to ALL agency employees.
2. Worked every rostered shift between Monday 4th May 2026 and Tuesday 30th June 2026 (no sickness absence)
3. Worked a minimum 1 additional shift (£75 per shift up to 4 maximum) between Saturday 16th May 2026 and Sunday 28th June 2026 (These MUST be 6th / 7th shifts within the same week)
📦 LLOP Driver Duties
- Operating LLOP equipment to pick bulk orders
- Transporting pallets and stock around the warehouse
- Using RF scanning devices for accurate picking
- Stock control, rotation, and replenishment
- Loading and unloading trailers
- Maintaining accuracy and meeting productivity targets
- Performing basic quality checks
- Temp-to-perm opportunities
