Warehouse Operative

Your Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse operation based in Heywood. This role offers stable Monday to Friday hours and the potential to become a long-term contract for the right person. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, being part of a team, and supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload deliveries safely
• Organise and store stock within the warehouse
• Carry out general warehouse duties to support daily operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Assist with stock checks and inventory control when required
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet operational targets

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive

Benefits:

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Friday working hours (8:30am – 4:30pm)
• Potential for a long-term contract for the right candidate
