Warehouse Operative

Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client based in Luton on a temporary to permanent basis.

Monday to Friday

• 10:00am – 6:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
• Moving, stacking, wrapping, and palletising stock
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes
• Labelling and preparing stock for dispatch
• Carrying out stock checks and supporting inventory control
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems where required
• Organising products within the warehouse/yard to maintain efficiency
• Ensuring all orders are completed within deadlines
• Maintaining cleanliness and general housekeeping within the warehouse
• Reporting damaged stock, missing items, or health and safety concerns
• Following all company procedures and health & safety regulations at all times
• Supporting colleagues and working effectively as part of a team
• Assisting with additional warehouse duties as required by management

• Good level of written English
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
