About the role

We are working with a well-established and growing business within the rotating equipment industry based in Bicester, they seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Operative to join their busy team. This is a varied role that combines assembly work with general warehouse duties, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working practically and takes pride in doing a job well.

What you'll be doing

• Assembly & build work — assembling, stripping and rebuilding products to a high standard as part of the production process (training can be provided)
• Picking & packing — picking stock accurately from warehouse locations and packing orders ready for despatch.
• General warehouse duties — goods in/out, stock management, maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

What we're looking for

• A practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with tools and mechanical components — experience in assembly or a technical environment is a bonus.
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
• Reliable, punctual and a good team player.
• Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining accuracy, especially during busy periods.
