Rate: £15.26 per hour (PAYE)
Contract: 12-month rolling contract

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)

Role Overview
We are currently recruiting three Warehouse Operatives to join the UK and Ireland Distribution Centre based at Alexandra Dock, Hull. This role reports directly to the Site Manager and Warehouse Supervisor and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of warehouse activities.
You will be responsible for the daily picking, planning, and execution of tasks within your allocated warehouse area, ensuring all work is carried out in line with company standards, quality assurance (QA) regulations, and health & safety requirements. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, workflows, and standards while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Offloading stock quickly and efficiently
- Ensuring all stock is correctly stored in designated locations
- Sorting stock onto pallets ready for racking and storage
- Picking goods accurately for shipment
- Processing daily inbound and outbound orders
- Counting parts and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and organised at all times
- Adhering strictly to company Health & Safety procedures
- Supporting continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows
What You Need to Make a Difference
We're looking for reliable, proactive individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to high standards are key to success in this role.
Essential Requirements:
- ✅ Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences (current and in date)
- ✅ Previous warehouse experience, including working within racking systems
- ✅ Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably SAP
- ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ✅ Reliable, punctual, and dependable

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, flexible, and can-do attitude
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems
