Search Consultancy are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy and well-established distribution operation based in the DN8 area of Doncaster.

We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join a fast-paced warehouse team on an ongoing basis. This role offers consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to work within a modern warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking customer orders using handheld scanners and paper pick sheets.
• Packing products accurately and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Loading and unloading goods as required.
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience using handheld scanners and paper-based picking systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Good punctuality and attendance.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
