Hours: 38.5 per week (Monday to Wednesday 9:00am-5:30pm, Thursday 9:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 9:30am - 5pm)
My sought after client in Duxford is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team to ensure a smooth run of the Warehouse. While a forklift licence is a plus, it's not a requirement. What you will need to be considered is: previous experience working within a warehouse environment, computer literacy, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and, most importantly, a strong work ethic and reliable attitude.
Main duties as a Warehouse Operative:
- Picking and packing parts for external and internal orders
- Complete data entry into their CRM system
- Receipting stock from local and international suppliers
- Inventory control - storing, issuing and controlling stock
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- General upkeep of a warehouse
- Other warehouse duties
- Work accurately with numbers and locations of parts
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Computer literate
- 24/7 support (during the Temping period)
