- Accurately record batch codes, label products, and complete all required documentation
- Load, unload and move goods safely using material handling equipment, including forklifts
- Ensure correct segregation of products, including allergens and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Follow all health & safety procedures and report issues, damages, or risks promptly
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
- A full, UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience operating machinery or material handling equipment (e.g. forklifts)
- Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures
- Ability to follow detailed processes, recipes, and documentation accurately
- Experience working with stock control, labelling, and batch traceability
