Warehouse Operator (Temp to Perm)

📍 Wollaston, Wellingborough
🕒 Monday-Friday | Night Shift 10pm - 6am
💰 £15.00- £16.50 per hour

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operator/VNA Driver to join a well-established, highly reputable site in Wollaston. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering a clean, modern working environment and genuine long-term career prospects.

Successful candidates will have the chance to secure a permanent position with outstanding benefits after the initial temporary period.Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently
• Training and operating VNA trucks (if not already qualified)
• Managing goods-in and goods-out processes
• Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
• Supplying production areas with materials
• Maintaining high standards of warehouse organisation and safety

• ✅ Valid Counterbalance Licence (essential)
• ✅ Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• ➕ VNA experience desirable (training provided if needed)
• ✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• ✅ Good understanding of health & safety practices
• ✅ Own transport preferred due to shift times and location

• Night shifts 10pm - 6am
• Monday to Friday - no weekends!
