Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm (40 hours)
Salary: £26,520.00 Per Annum
VNA licence preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately track, handle, and protect customer information through careful indexing and record management
- Pick and prepare a high volume of records per shift, in line with operational demands. This may involve moving up to nine boxes weighing up to 15kg each for a single pick
- Record, store, and retrieve incoming boxes, files, and documents within designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare customer records for dispatch or secure destruction, ensuring all movements are accurately logged.
- Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
- Use the O’Neil Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
- VNA driving duties as required
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- A reliable team player with good interpersonal skills and basic IT knowledge.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support operational needs
- Knowledge of the O’Neil system is desirable.
- Full UK driving license is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
- This role involves physical activity and manual handling, so you should be comfortable with lifting and moving boxes as part of your daily duties.
