Work Strata are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a rapidly expanding distribution centre based in Barnsley. Due to increased demand, our client is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Processing and repacking items
  • Sorting and organising incoming parcels
  • Working accurately and efficiently
  • Following health & safety procedures
  • General warehouse duties

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a modern warehouse environment—no two days are the same.
 
Shift Options Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
  • Night Shift: 00:00 – 09:00 (40 hours/week)
  • Back Shift: 13:00 – 21:00 (35 hours/week)
  • Day Shift: 08:00 – 16:00 (38 hours/week)
  • AM Shift: 04:00 – 08:00 (20 hours/week)
  • PM Shift: 16:00 – 20:00 (20 hours/week)
  • Weekend shifts available
 
Pay Rate:
£12.96 – £20.00 per hour
