Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift)

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift) to join one of Scotland's most established logistics businesses at their site in the Leven site area of Fife.

Our client is a major logistics operator providing third-party warehousing and supply chain management to customers across the country, with a strong reputation for operational excellence and staff development.

• Full-time permanent night shift position
• Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am
• £36,450 per annum
• Ongoing training and development including IOSH, leadership and SOP qualifications

As a Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift), your duties will include:

• Managing and supporting a team of six FLT operatives across the night shift
• Overseeing stock movement, management and dispatch in line with customer standards
• Ensuring the warehouse operation runs to agreed resource levels to meet daily targets
• Maintaining health and safety compliance across all warehouse operations
• Working closely with transport and stock teams to drive operational improvements

To be considered as a Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift), you will need:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior warehouse role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A forklift licence is beneficial but not required
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control and health and safety
• IT literacy and the right to work in the UK
