Salary: £13.40 - £14.40 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 8am-5pm or 9am-5pm, including a rotating weekend

We're looking for a motivated and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our clients team in Heywood. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy leading others, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting warehouse staff across daily operations

   

• Processing inbound deliveries quickly and accurately

   

• Ensuring smooth, efficient workflow across all warehouse functions

   

• Working flexibly across multiple warehouse areas as needed

   

• Supporting colleagues to achieve daily targets and performance standards

   

• Using their bespoke admin system confidently (training provided)

   

• Maintaining strong knowledge of internal processes and procedures

   

Skills & Experience

• Strong problem‑solving ability in a fast‑paced environment

   

• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills

   

• A motivated team player with a proactive approach

   

• Positive attitude with the ability to lead by example

   

• Confident multitasker with strong communication skills

   

• Proven leadership experience within a warehouse or similar environment
