The Warehouse Systems and Reporting Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of warehouse systems and reporting processes within the Distribution centre. This role will ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting of KPI's and performance for both internal and external customers.

Description
- Manage and optimise warehouse management systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure operation processes are followed.
- Oversee the development and delivery of accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Provide training and support to team members on warehouse systems and reporting tools.
- Monitor system performance and address any issues proactively to minimise disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all reporting and system activities.
- Analyse data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights to improve efficiency.
- Creation and presentation of Kpi and performance reports for the General manager and customers
- Support the Distribution centre in achieving its operational goals through effective system management.
Profile
A successful Warehouse Systems and Reporting Manager should have:
- Strong technical skills in warehouse management systems and reporting tools. (Manhattan Active experience is an advantage)
- Experience working in the 3rd Party logistics sector.
- Operational management experience is warehousing is preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address operational challenges.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
